Teebah Foundation is a UK registered charity, established in 2006 with the aim to provide long-term solutions to combat poverty and hardship. The name “Teebah” was chosen being one of the names of the sacred prophetic city of Madinah mentioned by the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) himself, and fits in with our theme of universal refuge and sanctity.
We believe that every person has the right to live independently, free from hardship and destitution.
Our mission is to identify areas of poor healthcare and inadequate educational facilities in impoverished communities globally.
We aim to deliver and develop sustainable institutions to these vulnerable populations to have a lasting impact.
Striving for Excellence (Ihsaan)
“Verily Allah has prescribed proficiency/perfection in all things.” Muslim
Teebah Foundation strives for excellence, seeking to deliver over and above expectation, investing in local people with the objective of creating self-sufficient communities who will then have the tools to support themselves for generations to come. We realise that by providing access to adequate health, education and community services, people can break out of the poverty cycle.
Teebah Foundation is determined to work towards reinstating the dignity, equality and freedom of all people regardless of race, faith or gender. We provide practical, responsive and effective support where it is needed the most.
We believe by laying the foundations today, we can build a better tomorrow.
